I called Mr. Rooter out of Port Saint Lucie regarding a potential water leak underneath of the foundation of the house. John, the owner, came out himself to troubleshoot and fix the issue. John shined with his knowledge and dedication to get the job done right and in a timely fashion by sacrificing his weekend. And the price for the job was very reasonable. I can only recommend John and his team for any plumbing job there might be. I know who I will call next time I need a professional to come out and help! Thanks again, John!!!

This was not the first time we had to call on a plumber for a problem that another plumber had done the work before we called Mr. Rooter. They were very quick to send out a team member as quick as possible. Both times they found and fixed the issues that occurred. Always returned my phone call and were professional and knowledgeable. Don't want to forget how nice they were not only to me but also my pets.

This company is always prompt, courteous and affordable. Their customer service and knowledge in assessing the scope of the job over the telephone is amazing. Clint Morton, my technician was the most competent professional I have experienced in a long time. THANK YOU!

Mr. Rooter has done two stellar jobs for us. About a year ago they replaced a water heater hot water line in the wall. It was a Saturday and an emergency. Response time was excellent and the work was excellent. This past Friday 11/08, the 2011 water heater itself had to be replaced. Again Mr. Rooter was “Johnny on the spot” and got it done in excellent order. I moved down here from NY in 2020 and , of course, hadn’t found a plumber connection until I needed one. Found Mr. Rooter and am sticking with them! Thank you fellas for great work!

Communication and customer service was great. However, the plumber said nothing was stuck in the disposal and there was an issue with the motor. He quoted me over $800 to replace a $150 disposal. I called a different plumber to do the replacement for much cheaper. That plumber found a SCREW in my disposal that was making the metal on metal noise, and it had actually pierced the outside of the disposal and is clearly visible. Cannot recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing due to this major oversight & quoting me to replace something without actually knowing the root cause of the problem.

The work that this company did was outstanding. Their prices are very competitive, and the workmanship and attention to detail is all I could have hoped for. Thank you, and Nice job🥂

I cannot say enough good things about this company and its employees and owner they are diligent professional did a wonderful job would not give up till they found the problem and their pricing was unbelievably fair they could have charged me three times the amount and still would have been a good price I highly recommend them they are honest trustworthy and qualified thank you guys

I just moved to the area and have needed assistance with multiple items. Many of which he helped me figure out how to do it on my own and didn't charge me for the advice and recommendations he provided. Very grateful for John and his team. Highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.
